These terms set the rules for using MoneyClock's local business tools, collaboration service and optional AI features.
Using MoneyClock
The user must provide accurate account information, protect device credentials, use only data they are authorized to process, and comply with applicable employment, tax, privacy and communications laws. Public accounts authenticate with Sign in with Apple; a MoneyClock username is a searchable collaboration address, not by itself proof of identity.
Business and AI decisions
MoneyClock helps organize work and can produce estimates, summaries and AI-generated suggestions. It is not accounting, tax, legal, employment or financial advice. Users remain responsible for checking time records, calculations, exports, messages and AI output before relying on them.
User content
Users retain responsibility for content they upload or share and grant Granite Lark Studios the limited permission needed to host, transmit, secure and display that content for the service. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, exploitative, hateful, harassing, infringing, deceptive or privacy-invasive material. Automated filters may reject clearly objectionable text. Users can block accounts and report messages; Granite Lark Studios may restrict abusive accounts or remove content where reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.
Collaboration permissions
Workspace owners and administrators control membership and sharing scopes. Users must not bypass access controls or attempt to access another business's data. Account deletion is permanent and can remove owned workspaces and shared records for other members, so the user should export required business records first.
MoneyClock Pro subscription
MoneyClock Pro currently has a reference price of €14.99 per month; in Hungary and other regions, the localized price, currency and tax shown by the App Store before purchase control. The Apple ID is charged when the purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically, and Apple may charge the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends, unless the user cancels at least 24 hours before that end. Manage or cancel it in the Apple ID's App Store subscription settings. After cancellation, Pro remains available until the expiry date Apple reports; Pro AI access ends at expiry. Deleting the MoneyClock account or app does not by itself cancel the Apple subscription. Before deletion, MoneyClock provides a direct option to manage the Apple subscription while still allowing immediate account deletion. Immediate deletion removes the association between Pro and the deleted MoneyClock ID; a subscription that is still running cannot later be attached automatically to a newly created MoneyClock ID.
Pro AI allowance and top-up
Each active Pro workspace receives a shared allowance of 50 Quick and 5 Deep AI requests per UTC calendar month. Unused monthly base allowance does not roll over, and all workspace members draw from the same allowance. The €4.99 one-time consumable top-up adds 25 Quick and 3 Deep credits; the localized App Store price controls. Base allowance is used first. A top-up does not renew monthly, is non-transferable, is bound to the purchaser's Pro workspace, and can be used only while Pro is active. Unused top-up remains until used, but it is deleted and cannot be recovered if the workspace or account is permanently deleted. If Apple refunds or revokes the purchase, remaining credits may be removed; a reversed refund restores only the legitimately unused balance. Apple handles refund eligibility under applicable law and App Store rules.
Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted or require an update for maintenance, security or provider changes. Granite Lark Studios does not promise uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyClock is provided without warranties beyond mandatory consumer rights, and liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
Termination and contact
Users may stop using MoneyClock and delete their account. Granite Lark Studios may suspend access reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, security harm or unlawful use.
